Mid-State Equipment Company, Inc. is a family owned business founded in 1972, by the late Robert "Bob" Bankert, who saw a need in our area for a friendly and knowledgeable dealership to take care of the needs of the community. The parent company of four business divisions; Mid-State Equipment (Snow, Ice, Refuse), Mt. Joy RV (RV Sales and Service), Mt. Joy Hardware (Hardware and Outdoor Power Equipment), H&H Outdoors (Hunting & Fishing supplies) is conveniently located on Route 11 in the charming town of Buchanan, VA. After starting small we have developed into a full service dealership with a modern state-of-the-art facility and sales lot.
